Strikingly modern, naturally grounded.
The architecture by renowned local firm Harley Graham Architecture is strikingly modern, while the residence sits naturally in the hillside with views of Byron Bay. New York–based interior designer Piper Skillman connected the home to its environment, drawing on the surrounding landscape and Australian craftspeople.
Bespoke furniture by Mark Tuckey, Jardan and Tsar Carpets sits alongside original art, against a palette of natural fibres, stone, timber and hand-finished micro-cement — a soothing backdrop, in green and blue accents pulled from the foliage, ocean and sky.

Yes. Moonrise has a heated rooftop plunge pool with spa jets, and guests have use of the estate bathhouse with a Sunlighten infrared sauna and an Odin ice bath running from 3 to 40°C.
